System requirements
To use Somnoware Diagnostics, your system must meet the following requirements.
The site network that hosts user workstations must have:
Internet connectivity with at least 10 Mpbs upload and download speeds.
Firewall configurations and antivirus exceptions for the following trusted, secure websites to access the Somnoware web application (443/TCP outbound):
https://myapp.somnoware.com (main app)
https://www.fastsupport.com (used for remote support via Citrix® GoToAssist™).
Firewall configurations or antivirus exceptions for the following trusted IP address to allow sleep study transfers between user workstations and the Somnoware cloud:
35.175.59.198
(Port 22/TCP outbound) - studiesce.somnoware.com for file upload and download (SFTP).Note
To enhance performance, allow Port 22/TCP. All connections to and from the specified IP address in the Somnoware cloud are encrypted. This can be achieved via VPN, proxy/reverse proxy, or individual firewall policy exceptions.

You must have an administrator login to install the application. The "All Users" user group must have full permission to the application folders to allow updates.

Configure antivirus exclusions and grant full trust to the following folders on all user computers:

System permission for SDI application
To use the Somnoware Device Interface (SDI) ensure:
Security endpoints do not block the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) USB detection events as SDI relies on WMI events to identify device types and serial numbers.
The local sleep software application executable does not have elevated or higher permissions than this file:
