The CRM module helps you manage fax, emails, billing and shipments. Use this module to view fax and email statuses, track shipments and review billing progress.
Key features include:
Fax: Monitor fax communications, track document delivery and troubleshoot failed transmissions.
Email: Track outgoing emails and view message statuses.
Shipments: Track outbound and return shipments, including label generation and carrier tracking.
Billing: Review patient studies by date, status, and invoice. Filter records by billing status such as pending, billed, or non-billable. Edit invoices and view the Patient Profile.
