Configure remote server access

Set a user’s Remote server access when they need access to cloud-based or locally stored sleep studies.

  1. Go to Configuration ( SW_Icon_Configuration.PNG ) > Users.

  2. Search for a user.

  3. Hover over the user and click the More icon ( SW_Icon_Ellipsis.PNG ).

  4. Select Remote server access.

  5. To enable cloud-based access:

    1. Under View PSG, turn on Enable remote access.

    2. Enter the user's Login and Password for cloud access.

  6. To enable access to locally stored studies:

    1. Under Local PSG, turn on Enable remote access.

    2. Enter the user's Login and Password for local access.

  7. Click Save.
