Add patient notes
From the patient's profile, you can add, view and download patient notes.
In the Patients module, hover over the patient and click the Patient Profile icon.
Go to the Summary, General Information, Clinical Information or Insurance tab.
In the Notes section, click Add note.
Select the Note Type and Title and type in a Description.
Click Save note.
