Verify insurance
To verify a patient's insurance information before a scheduled sleep test, complete the following steps:
In Scheduler, from the AST, HST or Consult waitlist, hover over the patient and click the More icon (
).Select Insurance verification.
Any existing insurance information for the patient is prepopulated.
From the Status list, select Verified.
If insurance preauthorization is required, select the Pre-Auth Required check box and enter the authorization information.
Click Save.
