Generate interpretation report

  1. View the patient sleep studies.

  2. View the data from the Interpretation, Scored report, Titration table, Tech notes and Documents tabs to make the interpretation for the patient.

  3. Click View tracings to view the raw data.

    The sleep study software displays in a new tab.

  4. Return to Physician Manager and click Edit.

    The report opens as a Microsoft Word® document.

  5. To change the scoring rule:

    1. Click the Expand icon ( SW_Screenshot_Expand.jpg ).

    2. From the Impression Logic section, select one of these options:

      • AHI: Uses the 3% scoring rule.

      • Alt AHI: Uses the 4% scoring rule.

      • Both: The 3% and 4% scoring rule impression sets are listed.

      If you do not see these options, see Enable 4% scoring rules for interpretation reports.

    3. Click Yes.

  6. Make any necessary changes to the report.

  7. Click in the Impressions, Diagnosis or Recommendation section to add preconfigured text to the corresponding section.

    1. Click the Impressions, Diagnosis or Recommendation button.

    2. Select the check box next to the text you want to add to the section in the report.

    3. Click OK.

  8. (Optional) Attach a DME order.

  9. Click Sign.

    If Somnoware is connected to your EMR, it pushes the data and the PDF report to your EMR via HL7. If you attached a DME order, it is sent to the DME Manager module.
