Administration quick start

Start here to set up patients and keep records accurate in Somnoware Diagnostics. Follow these steps to create new patient profiles, update patient information and upload key documents like referrals or insurance cards.

  1. Sign in to Somnoware.

  2. Create a new patient profile.

  3. Update patient demographics, insurance or clinical details.

  4. Share documents such as referrals.

  5. Add patients to waitlists.

  6. Schedule patients for attended sleep tests (AST) or home sleep tests (HST).

Sleep technicians quick start

Start here to prepare, track and manage patient sleep studies. Follow these steps to check out and set up HST devices, upload study data and add tech notes.

  1. Sign in to Somnoware.

  2. Set up HST devices.

  3. Check out HST devices.

  4. Upload sleep study data.

  5. Score sleep study results.

  6. View or upload technotes.

Physician quick start

Start here to review and interpret sleep studies in Somnoware Diagnostics. Follow these steps to view assigned studies, complete interpretation reports and sign DME orders.

  1. Sign in to Somnoware.

  2. View scored studies and raw data.

  3. Interpret and sign studies.

  4. Attach and send DME orders.

DME quick start

Start here to manage durable medical equipment (DME) or home medical equipment (HME) orders and track equipment delivery in Somnoware Diagnostics. Follow these steps to review, sign and send DME orders to providers, then mark them as shipped or completed once the patient receives the equipment.

  1. Sign in to Somnoware.

  2. View and sign pending DME orders.

  3. Send signed DME orders to providers.

  4. Add DME orders to the waitlist for scheduling.

  5. Mark orders as completed or shipped.
