Reset user password

Send the user an email with password reset instructions when they can’t sign in or need a new password.

  1. Go to Configuration ( SW_Icon_Configuration.PNG ) > Users.

  2. Search for the user.

  3. Hover over the user and click the More icon ( SW_Icon_Ellipsis.PNG ).

  4. Select Reset password.

    Somnoware sends an email to the user with password reset instructions.
