Reschedule patients

If a patient cannot make their appointment, you can reschedule them or return them to the waitlist.

  1. Hover over the Scheduler icon (SW_Icon_Scheduler_module.PNG) and go to one of the following sections:

    • AST: Schedule in-lab sleep test appointments.

    • HST: Schedule home sleep test appointments.

    • Consult: Schedule consultation appointments.

  2. In the calendar, click the patient's appointment.

  3. From the Scheduled section, do one of the following:

    • Click Edit/Reschedule and select the new appointment details.

    • At the bottom of the pane, click the More icon (SW_Icon_Ellipsis.PNG) and select Add back to waitlist. For HST or consultation appointments, you can choose to add them back to the same waitlist or move them to the AST waitlist instead.
