Reschedule patients
If a patient cannot make their appointment, you can reschedule them or return them to the waitlist.
Hover over the Scheduler icon (
) and go to one of the following sections:
AST: Schedule in-lab sleep test appointments.
HST: Schedule home sleep test appointments.
Consult: Schedule consultation appointments.
In the calendar, click the patient's appointment.
From the Scheduled section, do one of the following:
Click Edit/Reschedule and select the new appointment details.
At the bottom of the pane, click the More icon (
) and select Add back to waitlist. For HST or consultation appointments, you can choose to add them back to the same waitlist or move them to the AST waitlist instead.
