Fixed issues
When adding or editing users, you can add and save text in the Specialty field.
Multiple users can no longer update the schedule simultaneously without refreshing the page. This ensures the Scheduler module captures device serial numbers and users can download sleep studies.
Somnoware now keeps Impression, Diagnosis and Recommendations aligned by using the same selected metric (Apnea–Hypopnea Index [AHI], Alternate AHI or Obstructive AHI [OAHI]) across all sections. This change prevents conflicting results and helps to keep reports consistent and accurate.
The activation code for a patient's NightOwl™ home sleep test (HST) is now displayed in the Timeline on the Patient Profile > Summary tab.
Note
Not all features are available for all customers.
Fixed issues
Somnoware now displays the correct scoring technician on the patient's timeline for NightOwl and EnsoSleep™ PPG studies.
New EnsoData™ data points were added for EnsoSleep™ photoplethysmography (PPG) studies.
For more information, see EnsoSleep PPG integration.
Improved accessibility across the platform by fixing issues with screen reader support, keyboard navigation and clear page structure.
For more information, see Accessibility.
Note
Not all features are available for all customers.
Fixed issues
The Noxturnal® application no longer freezes when users click Save & Generate for a Nox T3® or Nox T3s® study from the Somnoware device interface (SDI) toolbar. This issue occurred when users had a custom template with a trailing space in the report file name. SDI now tries to find the scored report file up to three times and stops the workflow with a Report Generation Failed message if it can't find the file.
Added the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) enrollment option to the DME prescription form so physicians or lab managers can indicate if the patient will enroll in remote patient monitoring during their sleep therapy.
Expanded pediatric interpretation template coverage:
Templates are now available for NPSG, CPAP, BiPAP and split-night studies.
Updated the scoring and calculation logic to align with pediatric and clinical standards.
Expanded parameter support and classification logic, including Obstructive Apnea-Hypopnea Index (OAHI), Central Hypopnea Index (CHI), Central Apnea-Hypopnea Index (CAHI) and periodic breathing.
Support for pediatric and infant-specific display rules and classification logic.
Height and weight automatically default to metric units for patients classified as pediatric or infant, which is determined by the pediatric age setting configured in facility settings. The units can be manually changed to imperial at any time by admins or clinicians.
Impressions in interpretation reports are now automatically refreshed when physicians switch from an adult to pediatric template. The following interpretation logic is available for each template:
Adult: AHI, ALT or Both
Pediatric: AHI, ALT AHI or OAHI
Infant: OAHI only (Impression Logic panel will not display)
For more information, see Pediatric and infant workflow.
Note
Not all features are available for all customers.
Fixed issues
Old search results in the HST Scheduler module no longer reappear after new searches, even when searching by a different medical record number (MRN).
