Study Manager
Lab managers use the Study Manager module to track and manage patients. The following lists are used to filter the patients:
Acquisition
Pend. Check Out: This list shows all patients currently on the schedule who need a device assignment.
Pend. Check In: This list shows all patients with an unreturned device.
Pend. Upload: This list shows patients with sleep studies downloaded to the computer but not yet uploaded to the cloud.
Pend. Scoring: This list shows patients with completed sleep studies that require scoring.
Interpreting
Pend. Interpretation: This list shows all patients with scored sleep studies that are assigned to interpreting physicians to review.
Pend. Review: This list shows all patients with interpreted sleep studies that require an additional physician to review.
Finalized
This list shows AST and HST studies interpreted and signed by a physician.
Follow Up
Awaiting Authorization: This list shows all patients waiting for insurance authorization before they can complete another sleep study.
Follow Up Pending: This list shows all patients who need a follow-up call.
Order Pending: This list shows all patients with completed sleep studies that require a DME order.
Scorer
This list displays patient studies awaiting scoring through the SDI.
Note
Only Nox A1s, Nox T3 and Nox T3s HST studies are displayed on the HST tab in Scorer.
Archive
This list shows all completed sleep studies that do not require any further action.
