Schedule HST group appointments
Use Scheduler to schedule a group of patients for HST sleep studies. Appointments received or updated through HL7 display automatically in the calendar.
Hover over the Scheduler icon (
) and click HST.Click the + icon next to the date to schedule the patient.
Select Create a new group appointment.
In the Study details section, select:
Study type/code: The type of HST study.
Device type: The HST device.
In the Schedule details section, select:
Location: The location the patients are associated with.
Technician: The technician who will score the sleep studies.
Number of patients: The number of patients in this group appointment.
Date: The date the sleep study begins.
Start Time: The time the sleep study begins.
Duration: The number of days the patients have to complete the sleep study.
In the Patients section, select the patients to add to the group and type any notes.
Click Schedule.
