What's new
Information related to our 1.2606.0 release on July 7, 2026.
Introduced the Therapy Monitor module that integrates with AirView™ and displays PAP therapy data for matched patients within Somnoware, including adherence, usage, leak, pressure, device settings and apnea-hypopnea event information.
For more information, see Therapy Monitor.
Users can now send PAP therapy orders from Somnoware directly to electronic health records (EHR). This feature adds orders to the patient record and reduces manual data entry.
For more information, see Somnoware HL7 specification.
Updated the ICD-10 G47.37 diagnosis label in Configuration > Physician > Preferences > Report Builder > Diagnosis from Central Sleep Apnea to Central Sleep Apnea in Conditions Classified Elsewhere to align with the correct ICD-10 classification.
Updated the branding message on all Somnoware login-related screens to One platform for complete sleep and respiratory care management. This change affects the login, password reset, two-way verification and multi-factor authentication (MFA) pages.
Improved the Miscellaneous and Recommendation sections in standard and custom reports. When enabled, these sections remain editable even if no predefined content or check boxes are configured. The section highlight box, # shortcut suggestions and toolbar actions now display correctly, and Miscellaneous check box selections are saved correctly in templates.
Simplified Nox™ home sleep test (HST) device configuration in Somnoware Device Interface (SDI) by removing the manual installation path setting. SDI now automatically detects the Nox installation location, reducing setup steps while maintaining existing device configuration functionality.
Added a Delete icon next to sleepware configurations on the Scorer tab in the SDI Settings window. Users can now remove saved sleepware configurations.
Periodic leg movement (PLM) classification options were updated, including revised classification categories, decimal threshold support and updated interpretation report messaging to align with current ICSD-3 guidance. When users open the Configuration > Physician > Preferences page, existing physician preference configurations are updated automatically.
Authorized users can now view Nox A1s™, Nox T3™ and Nox T3s™ HST studies in Study Manager > Scorer. They can download studies for scoring in Noxturnal® and upload the completed studies to Somnoware.
When users check out a WatchPAT® ONE or WatchPAT ONE-M HST device, Somnoware now uses the last four digits of the patient's cell phone number to automatically populate the device PIN.
