Mark order as completed or shipped
After you set up the patient with a device or mail the DME order to them, you can mark the order as completed or shipped.
In DME Manager, view the In Progress > Waitlist.
Hover over the patient and click the More icon (
).
Complete one of the following steps:
Click Complete setup.
The application moves the order to the Setup completed list.
Click Mark as shipped.
The application moves the order to the In Progress > Shipped list.
