Change workflow status
In Scheduler, you can assign patients to a specific workflow. These workflows are customized for your organization.
In Scheduler, from the AST, HST or Consult waitlist, hover over the patient and click the More icon (
).
Select Change Workflow Status.
From the list, select the workflow to assign the patient to.
Click Save.
The patient's status displays in the Workflow Status column in the Patients module.
