Therapy Monitor
Therapy Monitor integrates with AirView™ to show therapy data for patients your clinic refers to a durable medical equipment (DME) provider. Therapy Monitor matches DME patient demographic data with Somnoware records.
After Somnoware matches a patient, Therapy Monitor displays their therapy data, such as adherence, usage, leak, pressure, machine settings and apnea-hypopnea events. This helps physicians to track patient progress, follow up and adjust therapy as needed.
Important
Therapy Monitor may not be available for all customers. If you do not see this feature, contact Somnoware customer support for more information.
Before you can use this feature, you must do the following:
Obtain a list of your DME partners.
Use the provided email template to let each DME partner know they must add the Somnoware organization-level integrator in their AirView account to enable the Somnoware-AirView integration.

After your DME partners add the Somnoware organization-level integrator in their AirView account, the Somnoware team enables Therapy Monitor.
Ensure your DME partners add a recent phone number (preferably cell phone) for every patient record they enter. This is an important matching field used to align AirView therapy data with the correct patient profile in Somnoware.
Somnoware pulls patient information from the DME's AirView organization and initiates patient matching. If a patient's first name, last name, date of birth and one additional parameter (email or phone number) match, therapy data will sync automatically. If the additional parameter is not available in AirView or Somnoware, you must manually match patient records. For more information, see Match patients manually.
