General integration assumptions
HL7 ORM and SIU messages must use the same encounter number (PV1-19.1) to associate orders with appointments.
All inbound messages must include physician NPIs, which are stored and returned unchanged in outbound result messages.
The encounter number (PV1-19.1) must match for all ORM and SIU messages.
