Schedule patients
Schedule patients for sleep tests or consultations directly from Scheduler. Any appointments received or updated via HL7 are automatically added to or modified in the calendar.
Hover over the Scheduler icon (
) and go to one of the following sections:AST: Schedule in-lab sleep test appointments.
HST: Schedule home sleep test appointments.
Consult: Schedule consultation appointments.
Click the + sign next to the date that you want to schedule the patient on.
Select Schedule a technician or Schedule a provider and click Next.
From the Patient name list, select the patient.
Existing details about the patient and study are prepopulated.
Enter the schedule details.
Click Schedule.
The patient is displayed on the calendar. Some details about the patient are displayed as icons. Hover over the icon for more information or see Icons and colors.
