Add patients to the waitlist
Patients on the waitlist require additional tasks, like insurance verification, before you can schedule them for a sleep study.
In the Patients module, hover over the patient and click the More icon (
).Click Add to waitlist.
Enter any study and schedule details.
To manually enter previous study information for the patient, toggle on Clinical information.
Click Add to waitlist.
The patient is added to the Waitlist (
) in the All Patients sub-menu.
